1. Shipping Charges

Orders with a value below Rs. 4,999 will be charged a Rs. 200 delivery fee.

2. Order Processing Time

Once your order is placed, our team processes and dispatches it within 24 to 48 hours.

During sale periods or new arrival launches, processing times may be slightly delayed due to a high volume of orders.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Orders are generally delivered within 3 to 5 working days.

However, during busy periods or due to unforeseen circumstances, delivery may take up to 6 to 7 working days.

Delivery timelines may also vary depending on your city or area.

4. Order Tracking

As soon as your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an update via SMS or Email.

You may also contact our customer support team at any time to check your order status.

5. Delivery Address

Please ensure that you provide your complete address, city name, and an active mobile number while placing your order to avoid any delivery issues.

6. Payment Methods

We offer the following payment options:

• Cash on Delivery (COD)
• Online Payments (Debit/Credit Card)

Note: Credit card holders may request order cancellation within 24 hours. In such cases, a coupon code will be issued instead of a refund.

7. Missing or Damaged Items

If your parcel arrives damaged or if any item is missing, please contact our customer support immediately.

We strongly recommend recording a video while opening your parcel to help resolve any issues smoothly and efficiently.

We have a 7-day Exchange policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a Exchange. 

To be eligible for a Exchange , your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
• Please carefully inspect a product upon arrival to assure that it's what you ordered and has no defects.
• If the product you receive is defective, damaged, or the wrong product you are eligible for a Exchange... if the defect, damage, or wrong product is reported within 3 days after the delivery date.

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

• Sajficloset does not provide "refunds" or offer a "money-back guarantee" for purchased items On SALE price !!• Customers who make payments via Debit/Credit Card have the option to request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing their order. Instead of a refund, the order amount will be converted into a coupon of equal value, which can be used for future purchases from Sajficloset within the next 60 days.

 EXCHANGE ONLY ON DEFECTIVE ARTICLE

• Exchange is only possible if the item/article received damage, defective or torn.• The item is to be packed and sent by you to our given address in the same packaging, tagged and same condition.• Delivery charges will be payed By Customer as its payed to courier company.• Exchange end-to-end process takes7 – 10 days
