Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 3 days of delivery. We recommend recording an unboxing video to help us process your request quickly.
Order Cancellation
- Sale items are non-refundable.
- Customers who paid by Debit/Credit Card may cancel their order within 24 hours.
- Instead of a cash refund, a store coupon of the same value will be issued, valid for 60 days.
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are available only for damaged, defective, or torn items.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging, with tags attached, and in unused condition.
- Return shipping charges must be paid by the customer.
- The exchange process typically takes 7–10 working days after we receive the returned item.
